Overview

Problem

AWST is a Singapore-based company of NFT experts and metaverse visionaries on a mission to make NFTs accessible for everyone. AWST has designed a no-code platform that embeds NFTs within your ecosystem. It gives you easy tools so you can do practically anything with NFTs: Simply use the wallet to transact and trade with NFTs. Or go big and mint large collections, create digital art, run campaigns, sell NFT tickets and merchandise, and more.

Solution

We built a solution for AWSt with the vision of future scalability and maintainability and also the platform was built in a loosely coupled microservices architecture that allowed the customer to open the platform for an opensource contribution. The aim was to launch scalable SaaS tools and APIs used by Brands and Creators to deploy NFT collections and utilize NFTs in their brand user flows. The platform was designed to attract a large developer community on Web3 to easily contribute and enhance the platform and make Web3 available to the common man without knowing the nuances and technicalities involved. The platform was designed to work on multiple digital channels like web, mobile, sdks, APIs, embeddable frames and also interact with existing web3 platforms and marketplaces. The architecture used the best in class secure, scalable, cloud native and ops tools.

User Reviews of Similar Products

checking the User reviews of the top NFT applications in the google play store to gain insights into user’s Needs, Motivations and feelings. This helped as a major source to get qualitative data to design our solution further.

competitive Analysis

We conducted a competitive analysis to gain key insights into Market size, Key players, Market trends, Customer needs and emotional responses elicited by competitors design solutions. It aided in gaining valuable market insight and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their products.

Painpoints

The user issues identified with existing apps in the NFT market were diverse; some board or specific, serve or relatively insignificant, and obvious or hidden identifying these pinpoints helped to address users real needs.

Most of them were concerned with interaction-level pain points. We classified the according to their severity, depending on the impact on the user. Pain points at the journey-Level were also identified which helped understand how successfully interactions came together to help creators and collectors to reach their goals

Creators

While there are multiple marketing options (including Top Sellers, Trending NFTs, Featured NFTs and Featured Sellers), there were not many ways to promote creators or their works. There was a 38% click through rate for Trending NFTs feature at the time of initial testing

Creators needed an option for taking their NFTs completely offline. They felt offline NFTs preserved privacy features while trading within closed customer groups

Pay for NFTs with secure instruments that you trust, like credit cards other NFT platforms, which offered a store or collection for creators to save unsold NFTs,.

collector

Lack of advanced search, sort and filter options (such as by mp3, jpg, artist or category) made it difficult for users to browse specific types of NFTs. 28% of users weren't able to find the type of NFT they were looking for.

Some NFTs can be quite expensive, especially if they are rare or highly sought-after. This can be a barrier for collectors who are on a budget or who are just starting out.

As with any asset class, there is a risk of scams and fraud in the NFT market. It's important to do your research and only buy from reputable sources to avoid being taken advantage of.
